Head Chef

Artur Sarkisyan

Artur Sarkisyan was born and raised in Gyumri, Republic of Armenia. After finishing school, he graduated from culinary college, where he discovered the world of flavors and developed an even greater passion for his profession. During his internship at the State Duma, he realized that he had chosen not just a job, but a true calling.

After completing his education, he worked for eight years at the Italian restaurant Bon. Starting with the simplest tasks, he gradually moved through all the kitchen stations and eventually became the head chef.

Since 2010, he has served as the executive chef at renowned establishments such as IL Patio, Planet Sushi, and Maki Maki. From 2017 onward, he managed the kitchens of My Place, Inna Food, Nebo, and Tsukini, where he brought his culinary ideas to life.

He is currently the head chef at Syrovarnya restaurant.

For Artur, cooking has become a form of self-expression and a way to share his love for food with others.
