Alexey Tkachenko
Alexey Tkachenko is a moderator at major culinary events, including Russia Day at Gazprom Arena (2023), and served as brand chef for the culinary olympiad Legenda in both 2022 and 2023.
He has been a speaker at numerous professional platforms such as PIR, Legenda, Zavtrak Shefa, and Chefs Team Fest. He is also a bronze medalist in the Chef à la Russe qualifying championship.
Alexey discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 13. Thanks to his natural talent, he became a sous-chef at 19 and, by 21, was already leading a kitchen as head chef.
He is deeply dedicated to exploring Russia’s regional cuisine and knows over 50 different recipes for borscht, which he is compiling into a book. Alexey runs his own blog and frequently appears on various TV shows, including Zvezdnaya Kukhnya, Bolshoy Cash, Dobroe Utro, and Utro Rossii, among others.
He currently works as brand chef for Syrovarnya restaurants at Vnukovo Outlet, VDNH, Arkhangelskoye Outlet, Zhulebino, Mitino, and Pokrovskoye.
