Ivan Demin
Ivan was born and raised in Crimea, where he discovered local cuisine and regional products. He loved cooking from early childhood, so when his parents asked about his dream profession, he always answered that he wanted to work in the kitchen.
After finishing school, choosing a place to study was easy — he decided without hesitation to pursue culinary education, and landed his first job in a restaurant at the age of 16. Since then, he has worked his way up from kitchen assistant to head chef.
A pivotal point in his career was his move to Moscow in 2021. Having gained experience and contributed to many metropolitan projects, Ivan has formed himself as a leader who successfully balances creativity with a systematic approach.
«I ended up at Syrovarnya by chance, but I was pleasantly surprised by my colleagues’ attitude toward their work. For me, this project is all about a team that is fully dedicated to what it does so there was no doubt that I wanted to make my contribution to the development of this brand,» Ivan shares.
