Vladimir Pechnikov

Vladimir began his professional journey more than twenty years ago in the kitchen of IL Patio, an Italian restaurant in Moscow. Working his way up from line cook to sous-chef, he developed the core principles of his approach: respect for ingredients, discipline, and a commitment to consistent, honest flavor.

A key stage of his career was his work at Sheremetyevo Airport, where Vladimir took part in launching a large-scale restaurant project that brought together multiple culinary concepts. This experience allowed him to build kitchen operations from the ground up, form strong teams, and work confidently in a fast-paced environment with a constant flow of guests.

Later, Vladimir led the large-scale production at Pivaldi, where he was responsible for quality control, logistics, and the smooth operation of a large team. Today, he continues his work as executive chef at Shannon’s Irish Bar and Myasnik i More at Sheremetyevo, maintaining high culinary standards and well-structured processes.

At the same time, Vladimir is developing the kitchen at Syrovarnya Sheremetyevo, bringing together his accumulated experience, close attention to ingredients, and a strong team-driven approach to create a space for comforting, honest cuisine that guests are happy to return to.
