Aleksey Elizarov
Aleksey Elizarov began his culinary career in 2003 as a pizzaiolo. Over the years, he gained versatile experience across various kitchen roles — from hot station chef and prep specialist to grill master and eventually head of kitchen operations. By 2008, he had already taken on the position of executive chef at an entertainment venue with 350 seats.
His professional journey continued through a wide range of establishments — from restaurants and hotels to nightclubs. Each new project enriched his expertise and expanded his culinary horizons.
Knowledge exchange has been a key part of Aleksey’s growth. Working alongside talented chefs and brand chefs, he adopted best practices and honed his skills. Internships
in St. Petersburg and Moscow exposed him to cutting-edge technologies and modern approaches in the restaurant industry.
In 2018, Aleksey’s culinary excellence was recognized when he became a member of the Russian Guild of Chefs. That same year, he was honored to contribute to food service operations for athletes and fans during the FIFA World Cup.

The restaurant boasts its own cheese-making facility, pastry kitchen, and a shop where guests can purchase fresh bread, house-made cheeses, and other artisanal products. For private events and special occasions, Syrovarnya offers three intimate VIP rooms, as well as full-service banquet options for gatherings of any scale.
