In 2012 he graduated from the Vitebsk State Polytechnic Vocational College, after which he was hired as a chef at the Arena Sushi cafe. Two years later, having moved to Moscow, he continued his career at the "Spices" restaurant as a chef in the cold and pastry departments.
For a long time he studied the peculiarities of various national dishes and gained experience in the restaurant projects "Fanny Kabani" (Fanny Family Group) on Pushkinskaya, "Pink Mama", "Novel" and "Cantinetta Antinori" (Novikov Group) as a cook of cold and hot sections.
In 2019 he accepted the position of a hot chef at Syrovarnya restaurant in the Badaevsky factory, and after a while he decided to try himself in a new project Syrovarnya in Novaya Riga, in just six months he rose to the position of the restaurant's sous chef and worked in this position for a year and a half.
In 2020, he was hired at Syrovarnya restaurant on Prospekt Vernadskogo as a sous-chef for the hot and cold sections, but six months later he became the restaurant's head chef and continues to delight guests with his culinary talents.
