As we like to say, ‘’There's never enough cheese..’’! That's why, after three years, we are opening our second Syrovarnya restaurant right in the centre of Yerevan. Here you can enjoy delicate and unforgettable flavours created by the best chefs. Our cheeses made according to authentic Italian recipes, unique fire-baked pizzas and desserts, which have won the hearts of our guests from the moment of opening, have made Syrovarnya an indispensable place for connoisseurs of delicious food and good time. The positive feedback from our guests has inspired us to open a second restaurant, which will bring a new style and atmosphere to Yerevan. The restaurant is located near Republic Square - at 2 Vazgen Sargsyan Street. The restaurant has a large enough hall for 86 guests, as well as a separate room for 14 guests.

Susanna Manjikyan, the Head Chef of Syrovarnya, considers herself a person who truly loves life. She believes that beauty can be found in everything — you simply need to know how to see it. Beauty brightens the soul and fills life with warmth and light.
Susanna began her career as a painter. She believes that cooking is also an art. To her, chef should first enjoy their work, putting love and heart into every creation. That love is reflected in each dish and felt by everyone who tastes it.
In the kitchen, it is especially important to maintain a warm and supportive atmosphere and to help one another, because what you give is what comes back. Through beautiful and delicious dishes, we can bring joy to our guests, so that they leave with a smile and look forward to returning again.
