Natalya Danilova
Born and raised in the Novosibirsk region, Natalya began her journey in the restaurant industry in 2017.
Since the opening of Syrovarnya Novosibirsk, she has worked her way through every kitchen department, and in 2022, she took on the role of head chef.
Natalya has a remarkable talent for balancing flavors, ensuring that guests experience the fullest enjoyment from their favorite dishes. You can find her not only in the kitchen of Syrovarnya, confidently leading the culinary process, but also in the dining area, engaging warmly with guests.
She focuses on Italian cuisine with a rustic touch, highlighting the refined taste of simple and familiar dishes.
Syrovarnya is a rustic Italian-style restaurant with panoramic windows, wood and greenery in the interior, divided into several halls, with its own cheese factory, where 12 kinds of cheese and cottage cheese are produced, its own pastry shop, dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven - all this is the key to the cosy atmosphere of the restaurant. The restaurant has three rooms. The main one, with 128 seats, has an open kitchen, a contact bar and a children's room with a nanny. A smaller room with about 70 seats, where guests can relax in a more informal atmosphere. And the VIP room, with a maximum capacity of 15, is completely private, with a separate washroom and windows overlooking the cheese-making process. At weekends, the restaurant offers a special chef's menu breakfast from 10am to 2pm. The Novosibirsk Syrovarnya produces mainly young cheeses: mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, halloumi, etc., which can be bought in the shop at the entrance, as well as the author's desserts, freshly baked bread, ripe Uzbek tomatoes, Altai honey and olive oil.
