Andrey Kavyndikov, a native of Western Siberia, began his career at Novokuznetsk restaurants where he laid the foundation for culinary art. Further education took place in the ski resort of Shergesh where he polished the precision and depth of taste.
In 2021, motivated by his desire for professional growth, Andrey moved to Sochi and joined the team of chef Vladimir Zemlyanoy at Syrovarnya. There, he demonstrated his refined skills, combining innovation with respect for tradition.
In 2024, Andrey accepted a new challenge - he moved to Novorossiysk to lead the opening of the Syrovarnya restaurant from the ground up on the city's embankment. This project was the next step in his career and combined his accumulated experience with ambitious goals to create a unique gastronomic institution.
His motto is professionalism, discipline and commitment to excellence.
