Alexey Tkachenko

He discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 13. Thanks to his innate talent, he was already working as a sous-chef at the age of 19, and at 21 he was running the kitchen as a chef.

Alexei researches the regional cuisine of Russia and knows more than 50 recipes for borsch, which he is writing a book about. He runs his own blog and takes part in various TV shows: «Zvezdnaya Kukhnya», «Bolshoy Kash», «Dobroe Utro», «Utro Rossii» and others.

Fish and meat are cooked in much the same way everywhere, plus or minus garlic, olive oil, herbs, but we know that the most important benefit of almost any home-cooked meal is the company you eat it in - the more conversation, laughter and the joy of loved ones around the table, the better the food tastes. We have chosen each recipe with this in mind.

It is not about complicated combinations and flavours that will overwhelm your taste buds. The basis of the project is quality, selection and our view of the classics. We feel that these are the kind of dishes you dream about on a lazy evening, relaxing on the back of a chair in a Moscow summer garden.
