He is the chef in the second generation! His grandfather is a chef, so he has been in the kitchen since childhood. This is where his feeling for food came from. According to Dmitry, you need to like the products, then they will like you and will succumb to cooking.
Graduated from the Moscow State University of Technology and Management with a degree in catering technology. He worked under the Italian chef Salvatore Burgo. Completed an internship in Moscow restaurants. Likes Italian cuisine for its simplicity and depth of taste.
