Любовь Евгения к кулинарии зародилась в детстве на бабушкиной кухне, где он учился превращать простые продукты в искусство. Этот ранний интерес стал фундаментом для профессиональной карьеры, которую он начал в 2003 году, посвятив себя развитию гастрономического мастерства.
Богатая профессиональная биография Евгения включает работу в знаковых столичных проектах: «Чайковский», Le Sommelier / Pinot Noir под руководством Габриэля Алгарина, «Мясной клуб» Александра Рапопорта, Wine & Crab и AQ Kitchen вместе с Павлом Беляевым, а также Modus с Андреем Ждановым. Сегодня Евгений возглавляет кухню флагманской «Сыроварни» на Большой Никитской. В каждом блюде он соединяет накопленный годами опыт, профессиональную дисциплину и искреннюю преданность гастрономическому искусству.
