A traditional welcome awaits you: a cheese shop with a wide range of cheeses from our own production, home-made dishes based on the best recipes of Italian cuisine, a cosy atmosphere surrounded by greenery, light and comfortable furniture, and our famous wood-fired oven where we bake our most fragrant pizzas.

Vladislav Filimonenkov
Vladislav is a skilled professional with a passion for cooking and a wealth of experience. After completing his training as a pastry chef at a professional culinary school, he began his career at the renowned Andrei Dellos restaurant, where he quickly gained recognition as a talented chef. After serving in the military, he was offered positions in the civil service, but chose to pursue a career in culinary arts. This choice was inspired by the positive feedback he received from guests, which fuels his desire to create new dishes and continuously improve his skills.
Over the years, he has gained valuable experience working on projects for Ginza Project Holding and in famous restaurants such as Johnjoli, Pivaldi, and Twins, as well as Jacky's Jacky gastronomic bar. His passion for exploring different cuisines led him to work with chefs who had international experience and held Michelin stars. He participated in the opening of new restaurants, organized food tours, and hosted events in various fields of cuisine.
Our chef follows the principle of «Go where it's challenging and you'll triumph». His enthusiasm for cooking and commitment to sharing his expertise make our restaurant a haven where every guest can enjoy the flavors and atmosphere of culinary excellence.
