Arkady Novikov's first restaurant in Kazan opened in a place that is a landmark for the city's residents - on the Black Lake. At Syrovarnya you feel as if you are in the countryside, but with urban comforts and an atmosphere of casual elegance, which is characteristic of all the holding's restaurants in Russia. The place seems to teleport you to the original Italian province - with pastoral postcard landscapes, cosy interiors in bright colours and delicious Italian cuisine. The country house feel is further enhanced by high ceilings, lots of fresh greenery and panoramic windows flooded with sunlight - overlooking park paths and a tranquil pond. The interior harmoniously combines dark furniture, soaring chandeliers with soft lighting and greenery at every table. Every detail of the interior invites you to linger: wicker baskets, vases of flowers, books, lanterns and even milk cans.

Сегодня Сергей возглавляет кухню «Сыроварни», воплощая в каждом блюде философию честного вкуса, уюта и безупречного качества. Его подход гармонично сочетает в себе строгую технологическую дисциплину и искреннюю страсть к созданию еды, которая объединяет близких людей за большим столом.
