Arthur Kuznetsov
Was born and raised in Siberia. From a young age, Arthur had a passion for cooking, which eventually led him to pursue a career in the food industry. He trained as a food technologist, and at the age of 22 he was already in charge of the kitchen at a restaurant. During his time in the industry, he worked on opening and managing restaurants that specialized in Italian, local and Mediterranean cuisine. Arthur also had the opportunity to work with a talented Italian chef and attend memorable gastronomic dinners in famous restaurants in St. Petersburg.
Arthur draws inspiration and knowledge from books and notes written by foreign chefs. He has been in the culinary profession for more than 13 years and has excellent cooking skills. At Syrovarnya he focuses on creating fresh cheeses and emphasizes the authenticity and simplicity of his dishes.
