Cooking came to the fore for Peter, but at the same time he broadened his culinary horizons at the Shater restaurant in this area of Chistye Prudy. Further professional development took place at De Marco around Italian cuisine.
Peter was attracted by the versatility of the cuisine and the unusual concept and was offered the opportunity to open Syrovarnya restaurant as a chef.
