Ivan Ivannikov

Ivan’s love for cooking began in childhood — in a small village in the Novosibirsk region, where he cooked simple yet heartfelt Russian dishes with his grandmother. Those early experiences became the foundation of his professional journey.

After finishing school, Ivan graduated from culinary college with honors. During his internships at Moscow’s legendary Praga and Hotel National restaurants, he discovered the depth and creativity of the culinary world — and completely fell in love with his craft. While still a student, he took second place in the Moscow Region Culinary Competition.

Ivan gained valuable experience working with the team of the French Paul Bocuse restaurant and later contributed to the opening of several high-profile projects, including Soho Country Club, Erwin. RekaMoreOkean, French Bistro, and others.

More than four years ago, Ivan joined the Arkady Novikov restaurant group. He worked at Syrovarnya and took part in launching two successful cafés in the Rublyovka area. Today, Ivan leads the kitchen at Syrovarnya in Aviapark Shopping Mall.
