He discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 13. Thanks to his innate talent, he was already working as a sous-chef at the age of 19, and at 21 he was running the kitchen as a chef.
Alexei researches the regional cuisine of Russia and knows more than 50 recipes for borsch, which he is writing a book about. He runs his own blog and takes part in various TV shows: «Zvezdnaya Kukhnya», «Bolshoy Kash», «Dobroe Utro», «Utro Rossii» and others.
He is a brand chef at Syrovarnya restaurants: VDNKh, Arkhangelskoye Outlet, Zhulebino, Mitino, Vnukovo, Zelenograd and Pokrovskoye Outlet.
