Evgeny Novikov
In 2014, his passion for gastronomy took center stage, after he met the renowned chef Arkady Novikov and was inspired by his success.
In 2020, Evgeny started his career at Syrovarnya Restaurant in Gelendzhik. Initially, he worked as a procurement cook there. This was the start of his professional growth. After two years of hard work and dedication, he was given the opportunity to work at Syrovarnya, a major resort in Krasnaya Polyana, as a sous chef.
His talent and dedication were recognized, and in 2025, Evgeny was offered the position of head chef at the new Syrovarnya in Anapa. This was a natural continuation of his career with the Novikov Group.
A special place in Eugene's heart belongs to Italian cuisine, which he sees as a perfect blend of simplicity and complexity of flavors. In his work, he seeks to achieve a harmonious balance between the gastronomic experience and the well-coordinated efforts of the team.
